Choose Flat, from ₹99,000 + GST with 0% Sociana commission, or Flex, ₹15 per ticket issued (minimum ₹15,000) with the fee capped at the Flat price. Both include QR entry with rules and a branded app; buyer data stays yours.

Flex costs ₹15 per ticket with a ₹15,000 minimum, so it reaches Flat's ₹99,000 at 6,600 tickets. Below that Flex is cheaper; above it you pay ₹99,000 either way, and Flat adds a custom layout and website.
At 1,000 tickets of ₹1,500, Sociana Flex costs ₹15,000 plus about 2% gateway, roughly 3% of ticket value before GST on fees; the share falls as ticket prices rise. For a few hundred cheap tickets a percentage ticketing tool can cost less, and the ticket calculator shows when. Gateway charges are on actuals and can be passed on to buyers at checkout.
No. Sociana is not a ticketing marketplace. Tickets sell on your website and app, money settles to your own gateway account, and buyer data stays with you; we do not market other events to your buyers.
Free tickets for up to 300 registrations on the shared Sociana app, joined by code, carry no Sociana fee. Paid add-ons such as WhatsApp messages are charged as listed.
