Festivals are priced per ticket issued on Flex, or as one fee on Flat with no commission. Never a percentage of ticket value.
How it is priced

- From ₹99,000 + GST per event or season
0% Sociana commission. Best for: Above about 6,600 tickets, or organisers who want a custom layout, website and in-app food or merch. - Flex
- ₹15 per ticket issued, minimum ₹15,000 (+ GST)
No percentage of ticket value; capped at the Flat price; no set-up fee. Best for: Paid events of about 1,000–6,600 tickets, and any event where ticket prices are high.
For concerts, fests, runs, paid meet-ups and paid-entry expos. Priced per ticket issued, not by ticket value. Prices exclude GST.
FAQ
Questions about festivals and cultural events
Do you take a percentage of ticket sales?
No. Flex charges a small fee per ticket issued, capped at the Flat price; Flat is one fee with no commission. Gateway charges are on actuals and can be passed to buyers.
When does the money reach us?
Payments settle daily to your own gateway account. Sociana never holds your ticket money.
Can the gate handle re-entry and zones?
Yes. Passes can carry zones, re-entry and time windows, and a scan is blocked while a payment is still pending.

At the BWF meet-up, enGen’s six-week programme and APMI’s paid bookings. Our senior team plans your festival gates and line-up with you.
