Terms of service
This is a plain-language summary of the standard terms Sociana offers organisers. Your signed proposal or agreement always takes precedence. In short: you own your data and can have it returned or deleted; Sociana keeps the platform and its source code; liability is capped at the fees paid; disputes go to arbitration in Kolkata.
