Travel and ID documents
When an organiser runs a hospitality desk, the app asks guests only for the items the organiser set up, such as ID, PNR, flight, room preference and pickup. Each item moves from pending to provided to verified in the operations workspace, and the documents are used only to arrange that guest’s travel and stay. Organisers can ask us to delete them at any time.
How to delete
- Participants: use the delete-account option in the app, or ask your organiser.
- Organisers: ask your Sociana delivery lead, or email hello@sociana.in with “Privacy” in the subject, to close an event early or delete its data. We confirm in writing.
