How a game runs at your event
- PhonesGuests scan the QR code on the big screen and join in the browser. No app, no login: a name and they are in.
- LED wallThe big screen shows the question, the live answers and the leaderboard. It is a web page on any laptop connected to the LED wall or projector.
- Host consoleThe host starts the match, moves rounds on, pauses, and handles anything unexpected, from a laptop or tablet protected by a PIN.
How the trial works

What do I get in the trial?
A private copy of the game you pick, for 2 hours: a host console protected by a PIN, a player link and QR code for phones, and a big-screen link for a laptop, TV or projector. You can keep the ready-made version or add your event name, colours, wording, logo and team names.
Is the AI real in the trial?
No. Trials run on simulated AI so they are free and instant, and every screen says "Trial · simulated AI". At your event the same game runs on real AI, with your own questions, pictures and story.
Do guests need an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code and play in the phone browser. The big screen is a web page on any laptop connected to the LED wall or projector.
How many people can play at an event?
Most games are built for a full hall: hundreds of phones at once on the venue Wi-Fi or mobile data, with the host running rounds from the console. We confirm the numbers, screens and network for your venue before anything is booked.
What happens to my trial data?
The trial and anything you uploaded (such as a logo) are deleted automatically after 2 hours. If you leave your name and email or WhatsApp number, we use it only to help you plan the game for your event.
How is it priced for an event?
Per occasion, by the games chosen, the number of screens and the days on site. Message us your dates and venue and we send an itemised quote within one working day.
