- We set up the app with your functions, venues and guest list, split by bride’s and groom’s side.
- Guests sign in with a code to their phone and send ID and travel details.
- Rooms and pickups go back to each guest as they are confirmed.
On the day
- Guests check the next function, the dress code and the lawn on their phone.
- Changed timings reach only the guests they affect.

Questions about weddings
Our elders are not app people. Will they use it?
They sign in with a code to their phone, with no password, and the first screen shows the next function, the venue and their pickup. Guests abroad can sign in with email.
Who sees guests’ ID and travel details?
Only the family members and planners you name. Guests never see each other’s documents.
How early should we start?
Forty-five to sixty days before the date, so ID and travel details are collected before rooms and pickups are allotted.
Can a planner use one app for many weddings?
Yes. Planners can have their own app with each wedding inside it, priced per wedding on a planner rate.
