FAQ
Questions about social celebrations
Our elders are not on apps. Will they manage?
They sign in with a code to their phone number, with no password, and the first screen shows the function, the venue and their pickup. Anyone who prefers can still call the planner.
Can guests’ photos stay private?
Yes. Only guests on your list get in, and you decide whether photos can be downloaded.
How early should we start?
Forty-five to sixty days before the date for a custom app, so travel details can be collected. A templated Lite app can go up faster.
Can a planner run several celebrations from one app?
Yes. Planners and agencies can have their own app with each celebration inside it, as Occasion Xperts does.
