How a Sociana exhibition runs
Before
- We load exhibitors, stalls and partner categories, and set up tickets for visitors.
- Visitors register, pay and get their QR; exhibitors get their stall login.
- An “I am attending” poster lets visitors invite their own network.
On the day
- Visitors scan in at the gate and at stalls.

Questions about exhibitions and trade shows
How do exhibitors capture leads?
From their own phone. They scan a visitor’s QR at the stall and the lead is saved to their list for export.
Can networking be only for paid delegates?
Yes. At BWF Meet Up 4.0, the delegate directory stayed locked until a visitor registered as a paid delegate.
Do visitors need the app to get in?
They need their QR, which is in the app after they register. Your team scans it at the gate from a phone.
Do you print badges or draw floor plans?
No. We do not print badges or offer floor-plan navigation. Stalls are listed with their numbers, and the venue map can show the halls.
