    • We load your employee list and the agenda, and theme the app to the meet.
    • Employees sign in and see venue, weather, dress code and travel.
    • Notices build up to arrival day.

  2. On the day

    • Employees use the agenda and map instead of asking your team.
    • Leadership triggers polls and quizzes from the stage.
    • Our ops desk sends updates as plans move.

  3. After

    • Highlights go up and employees find their photos.

FAQ

Questions corporate teams ask

How quickly can a meet go live?

Ten to fourteen days from a signed brief for a custom-branded app; seven to ten on our standard layout.

Will IT approve it?

Sign-in uses a one-time code to a work email or phone, or an employee code. We share a data-handling note for your review and say up front that we do not offer SAML single sign-on today.

Can we work with our own agency?

Yes. Several of the meets in our stories were delivered alongside an agency, which handled the ground while we ran the app.

What do we get after the meet?

Attendance, polls, quiz scores and feedback as exports, and photos organised by day.

What is your next meet?
