Sociana Weddings & Social is a private guest app for weddings and family celebrations, priced per wedding with the GST-inclusive total shown. Templated Lite apps start at ₹12,500 for up to 50 guests; custom apps designed for the couple are Essential ₹70,000, Signature ₹1,00,000 and Royal ₹1,50,000 + GST, and Sociana fills in every guest's details.

Royal Plus (full service)

RSVP and guest-ops service (no app)

From ₹20,000 per wedding, taxes included, up to 300 guests; ₹40 per extra guest. Calling, invitation and design pack; upgrade to an app later.

What does a Sociana wedding app cost with GST?

The custom app alone is ₹82,600 for Essential, ₹1,18,000 for Signature and ₹1,77,000 for Royal, GST included. Bundling the wedding website saves money: Signature app plus website is ₹1,30,000 + GST instead of ₹1,70,000 bought separately.

Is a templated Lite app enough for our wedding?

Lite suits smaller celebrations that need the programme, updates and a gallery. Lite Max is ₹45,500; a custom Essential app designed for you is ₹24,500 more and adds RSVP, itinerary and payments on your own design.

When should we book the wedding app?

Work starts 45–60 days before the date so that guest details, travel and rooms can be collected and checked. Payment is 40% at signing, 20% at go-live and 40% the day after the wedding.

Do planners get different rates?

Yes. Planners pay per wedding from ₹55,000 (Essential) in a 6-wedding pack and from ₹45,000 at 10 or more weddings, or join the agency platform. Families booking directly can be introduced by a planner, who earns up to 20% of app value.

What does Royal Plus include?

Royal Plus is full service, from ₹2,75,000 + GST: a couple-named app, one to four on-site executives with back-office staff, a 24-hour turnaround from your data to the app, and 13–25 months live.
