Guest lists & approvals
Import the list, allow a domain, or approve each request.
Access starts from your list, not the app store. Import the phone numbers or emails you have invited, allow your company’s email domains, or let people request access and approve each one. At the APMI conference anyone not on the registration list saw Access Not Available; at HCCB Partners Meet 2026 every listed number was also mapped to its group.
No gatecrashers
A number or email that is not on the list cannot complete sign-in.
A human step when you need one
Approval-based registration lets your team check each request.
Payment and access in step
Where you sell tickets, a purchase can create the membership directly.

FAQ
Common questions
What does someone not on the list see?
An access-not-available message instead of the event. They can contact your team to be added.
Can people ask to join?
Yes, with approval-based registration. Requests wait until an organiser approves or rejects them.
Can approval happen automatically on payment?
A purchased ticket can create the membership. Ask us about automatic approval rules for your registration flow before you plan around them.
What about a listed guest with no group yet?
They see only Home and Profile until your team maps them, which keeps group content private.
Bring your guest list.
Tell us who is invited and how they should get in. We will set up the access model for a demo.
