Sociana Recurring Programmes run a year of participation in one app: quarterly contests and tournaments, submissions with review, leaderboards that reset by cycle, badges, announcements and outcome reports. Programme Core is a set-up from ₹80,000 plus ₹20,000 a quarter, so year one starts at ₹1,60,000 + GST for one region of up to 1,500 people, about ₹9 per employee per month.

Recurring Programme: common questions
Is the recurring programme a monthly SaaS subscription?
No. You pay a set-up fee at signing and a run fee each quarter in advance, against one purchase order for the year. There is no stored card and no per-seat monthly charge, which suits budgets that reset every April.
What does Programme Plus add and cost?
Programme Plus adds a rewards store or a step-challenge layer and a games library. Set-up is from ₹1,20,000 plus ₹30,000 a quarter, so year one starts at ₹2,40,000 + GST for one region.
Can we start with one cycle instead of a full year?
Yes. Start with the set-up and one quarter, at the same set-up price, and stop at the quarter end if it is not working. Renewals by the due date keep year one's run fee; renewal years start at ₹1,20,000.
What do recurring programmes cost outside India?
