Common questions
Does spending points lower a rank?
No. Wallet points for the reward store are separate from leaderboard points.
Can we keep our staff off the board?
Yes. Staff accounts can be excluded from the rankings.
Can we pause the leaderboard?
Yes. A paused board shows a small lock to participants until you reopen it.
Can admins change points?
Yes. Admins can add or remove points manually, and each change is logged.
