Sociana Enterprise is quoted for occasions that outgrow the packages: multi-city meets, mega-events, bespoke modules, integrations with HR or CRM systems, hosting on your servers or ours, on-site teams and a named ops lead. Quotes typically start around ₹5 lakh + GST (usually ₹5–₹12 lakh), come as a formal quotation letter valid for 30 days, and can carry an SLA tier.

How do Enterprise SLA tiers work?

Standard support on live occasions means a reply within 15 minutes, 09:00–21:00 IST, seven days a week. Priority (+10%) covers 24×7 on event days; Dedicated (+20%) adds a named ops lead and on-site presence. Terms are written into the order.

Can government buyers procure Sociana?

Yes, by formal quotation. Payment after completion is accepted with a purchase order and a milestone schedule (30% at go-live, 70% on accepted completion), and TDS and GST are shown separately. Ask us for our current GeM status.

Do multi-year enterprise agreements get better rates?

A two-year agreement locks the rate with no escalator; a three-year agreement is 10% below list. Anything beyond the published discount policy is written into the quotation, so the price you sign is the price you pay.
