Reports & exports
Everything that happened, in a sheet your team can use.
Each event’s data exports by module: attendance with scanner and time, game and score results, daily steps, hospitality status per guest, ticket sales and invoices. Large exports run in the background and arrive by email; the same data can flow to Google Sheets, Airtable or a webhook. Admin actions are logged for review.
Your data, your format
Excel exports per module, ready for the board deck or the auditor.
Big exports by email
Heavy exports run in the background and land in your inbox.
Who did what
Activity logs show admin changes, and only permitted roles can export people’s data.
How it works
How it works
Agree the outcomes first
Before the event, we agree which figures you need so the right fields are captured.
Export by module
Run exports from the panel, or schedule them to a team or a sheet.
Share the readout
After the event, the Sociana team can prepare a post-event workbook.
In your admin panel
Exports by module, with history
Pick the data set, run the export and find it again in export history. Only roles with report permission can export participant data.

FAQ
Common questions
Is reporting included?
Yes. Exports and reports are part of every package.
Can we get reports across all our events?
Reports cover one event at a time, with organisation-level views on request. We do not offer a BI layer across a portfolio.
Who can export guest data?
Only roles you give report permission. Every admin action is logged.
Can data go straight to Google Sheets?
Yes. Selected data sets can sync to a Sheet or an Airtable base owned by you.
Decide what you need to prove.
Tell us the numbers your leadership will ask for. We will show which exports carry them.
