How it runs

How a Sociana leadership day runs

  1. Before

    • We issue each participant a personal code and set up the agenda and sessions.
    • Participants confirm whether they are attending and watch the leadership’s video message.
    • The quiz rules and timings go out in the feed.

  2. On the day

    • Participants meet their future-self avatar between sessions.
    • Polls and the timed quiz run from the stage.
    • Each session is rated as it ends.

  3. After

    • You get feedback per session, poll results and quiz scores.
    • Participants keep their reflections in the app.
    • The cohort app stays live for the next module.

FAQ

Questions about leadership programmes

Is this a learning management system?

No. It is the day itself: entry, agenda, polls, quiz, AI activation and feedback. Courses and certificates stay in your LMS.

What does the AI avatar do with participants’ photos?

It uses the selfie a participant chooses to share to create their avatar, shows a disclaimer first, and has skip and retry paths. Nothing is shown to others unless the participant posts it.

Can facilitators pace the quiz?

The quiz runs on one clock for everyone, with a fixed time per question. Facilitators start it from the app when the room is ready.

How do participants sign in?

With a personal code you issue, so only your cohort gets in and no personal phone numbers are needed.
