Before
- We load categories, nominees and criteria, and your guest list with tables.
- Guests get the dress code, the run of show and their seating in the app.
- A countdown and scheduled notices build the evening up.
On the day
- Guests find their table on the map and follow the categories.
- Each winner’s card appears on every phone as the award is announced on stage.

After

Questions about awards nights
Have you run an awards night on its own?
The awards in our customer stories ran inside a larger occasion: HCCB’s team awards at its Partners Meet in Goa, and the EEMAX Global Awards inside EEMA’s convention app. A standalone evening uses the same modules, with less around them.
When do winners appear in the app?
Only when your team releases each one, timed to the announcement on stage. Until then guests see the categories and nominees, never the result.
Can guests vote for an audience award?
Yes. A live poll opens from the stage, guests vote from their phones, and the result is visible as soon as you close it.
What about guests’ privacy on the winners’ wall?
Winner cards show only what you load: a photo, a name and a category. You decide whether names and photos are used at all.
