- On Profile tap Trigger Quiz, or open Polls in the panel
- Tap + and type the Question
- Fill the options, tap + Add Option for more and tap the correct answer
- Set Visible ON to show it now or OFF to hold it, then save
Good to know
- Prepare every question with Visible OFF and switch it ON on stage.
- Active and Inactive tags and the Visible switch show the state; the pencil edits and the bin deletes after Yes, Delete.
- Participation or correct answers can award leaderboard points.
If something goes wrong
Attendees see “Stay tuned!” Nothing is Visible ON yet.
A group poll is invisible to someone. Their group is outside the poll scope.
Results look stuck. Ask attendees to pull down to refresh.

Who can trigger from a phone?
Owners and Managers. Open Profile, tap Trigger Quiz, add the question and options, mark the correct answer and set Visible ON or OFF. Prepare every question with Visible OFF and switch it ON on stage. Participation or correct answers can award leaderboard points.
Can people without the app vote?
Yes, through a no-login poll page opened by QR. Create the public link and QR in the panel and put it on a slide or sign. Group-scoped polls need a logged-in app user, so a person outside the poll’s group will not see them in the app. Attendees see “Stay tuned!” until a poll is Visible ON.
