Sociana + Zapier & Make (roadmap)
Sociana has no Zapier app and no Make module today. The route is webhooks and Google Sheets, which a Zapier or Make scenario can listen to if you build one yourself, so a lead scan or a registration can still reach your CRM or your own tools.

What it does inside Sociana
Buyers often ask for Zapier. Sociana does not have a listing or a connector catalogue. What does exist is webhooks that send an event to a URL you control, plus Sheets and Airtable connections. A catch-hook in Zapier or Make can receive those webhooks, so a lead scan can reach a CRM with a small amount of your own setup.

Data protection (DPDP)
The organiser is the Data Fiduciary and Sociana acts as processor. Ask us for the hosting region and retention period that apply to your occasion; the sub-processor list is on the Sub-processors and integrations page. We do not state a region or retention period on this page.
Security notes
- Payloads pass through a third-party automation tool, which becomes an additional processor for you.
Set-up checklist
- Create a catch hook in your own Zapier or Make account.
- Give the URL to the Sociana team and list the events you need.
- Run test events and map fields.
- Add error handling, since Sociana does not guarantee retries.
- Document who owns the scenario.

Is Sociana on Zapier?
No. There is no Zapier listing. A webhook into a Zapier catch hook is the workable route.
Will a Zapier app be built?
Not yet, and there is no date. Webhooks and Sheets work with Zapier or Make today if you build the receiving scenario.
What do I use today?
