- Open the form on the last day, while people are still on site, and again by message the next morning.

Questions people ask
How long should a feedback form be?
Under three minutes, which means about ten questions. Use the longer menu for a one-off review and the shorter list for per-session forms where response rate falls quickly with length.
Should responses be anonymous?
Usually yes, with an optional name field for those who want a reply. Anonymous forms give blunter feedback, but make clear whether responses can be linked to the attendee in any way.
What response rate is good?
Rates vary a lot by audience and timing. Compare each event with your own earlier rates, and take more care with comments than with a score that only a few people provided.
