Reward store catalogue template
A reward catalogue sheet with 24 example items across four tiers, showing point cost, stock, fulfilment owner and lead time. It keeps the points economy honest by forcing a decision on what is on offer and who delivers it.
No sign-up needed.
Who it is for
- HR and L&D leads who run a points-based recognition programme
- Corporate event managers who give prizes at events
- Finance partners who track reward costs
How to use it
- Replace the example items with your catalogue, keeping a spread across the four tiers.
- Set point costs from your economy sheet, then sanity check the top tier against the maximum earning.
- Name one fulfilment owner per item and add a lead time in working days.
- Review stock weekly during the programme and switch off items that run out.

Based on how a recurring programme and an employee celebration managed redemptions against stock in a rewards counter.
Questions people ask
How many items should a catalogue have?
Twenty to thirty for a company-wide programme. Offer variety across tiers, include at least a few non-material rewards and avoid items that need long lead times or specialist delivery.
What if stock runs out?
Switch the item off and notify those who saved for it, offering an equivalent. State in the rules that items are subject to availability and describe what happens to points when an item is retired.
Should rewards be experiences or objects?
A mix. Experiences such as a lunch with leadership or an extra day off are memorable and cheaper to deliver, while objects suit people who prefer something they can keep.
