Pricing explained
Cvent pricing explained: what is published, what is quoted, what it adds up to
Cvent does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists modules (Registration, Attendee Hub, OnArrival), two platform tiers (Professional with 15 user logins, Enterprise with all solutions, API and SSO) and unpriced add-ons and services. A 2026 Gartner note cautions that per-registration fees make costs hard to predict. No worked estimate is possible from public data.
Cvent suits enterprises that want one system across registration, onsite check-in and a large attendee hub, and it has a sizeable engineering and operations centre in Gurugram.

Dollar figures are converted at 87 rupees to the dollar, the rate used in our research on 19 Oct 2026. Estimates exclude GST, other taxes and bank or card charges. They are arithmetic on published units, not quotes.
Hidden costs and add-ons
- Per-registration fees (flagged by Gartner in 2026) mean cost moves with attendance, but the rates are not published.
- Modules such as Attendee Hub and OnArrival are separate line items; add-ons and services are unpriced on the page.
- Professional includes 15 user logins; API and SSO sit in Enterprise, so integration needs can change the tier.
- Industry commentary cited in our research puts licences above 20,000 dollars a year; we have not verified this.
"Not published" means we could not find it on the vendor page on 19 Oct 2026; it is not a claim that the vendor hides it.

For Indian buyers
Is Cvent worth it for Indian buyers?
Cvent suits enterprises that want one system across registration, onsite check-in and a large attendee hub, and it has a sizeable engineering and operations centre in Gurugram. It publishes no India pricing page, no rupee billing and no listed WhatsApp templates. It is worth it where procurement wants a single enterprise contract and has the budget; for a one-off Indian meet the contract size and per-registration fees are the main risk.
- Rupee billing
- Not listed
- WhatsApp provider
- Not listed
- Support hours
- Large Gurugram engineering and operations centre; sales and support follow enterprise contracts
- Note
- Cvent sells to Indian enterprises but publishes no India pricing page. WhatsApp OTP and campaign templates are not listed on its product pages.
Worth it when
Cvent fits
- global enterprises running large, multi-country event portfolios
- planners who need venue sourcing, room blocks and strict procurement and security reviews
Less of a fit when
Look elsewhere if
- a fast, rupee-priced branded app for a 300-person partner meet or conclave with hospitality built in
- weddings, wellness challenges and recurring employee programmes

FAQ
Cvent pricing: questions
Does Cvent publish its prices?
No figures are published. Quote-only. The pricing page lists modules (Registration, Attendee Hub, OnArrival), two platform tiers (Professional with 15 user logins; Enterprise with all solutions, API and SSO) and unpriced add-ons and services. Gartner's 2026 note cautions that per-registration fees make costs hard to predict. Source: https://www.cvent.com/en/event-management-software/pricing, checked 19 Oct 2026.
How much does Cvent cost for 300, 1,000 or 3,000 attendees?
Not derivable from published pricing. Licence and per-registration rates are not published, so cost at a given attendee count is not derivable. Ask Cvent for a written quote at your attendee count and list every add-on you need.
Does Cvent bill in rupees with GST?
As of 19 Oct 2026, Cvent does not list it for rupee billing and does not list it for a WhatsApp provider. Cvent sells to Indian enterprises but publishes no India pricing page. WhatsApp OTP and campaign templates are not listed on its product pages. Ask which entity invoices you, in which currency, and how tax is shown.
Why is Cvent hard to price?
Cvent sells modules and two platform tiers, with add-ons and services that are not priced on the page, and per-registration fees that scale with attendance. Gartner flagged this unpredictability in 2026. Ask for a total cost at your expected registrations for the modules you will actually switch on.
