Walkthrough
Walkthrough: Configure branding and home tiles
A read-only walkthrough, not an interactive demo. In the product: pick a primary colour, drag the bottom tabs into a new order and rename a tile, and the attendee phone re-renders as you go. The editor covers branding, home tiles, icons, bottom tabs, banners, splash and a welcome message, with three theme presets to start from.

A walkthrough, not a live demo. Nothing on this page is interactive. Three sample presets; no artwork can be uploaded in the demo. Settings are not saved. Final branding is agreed with your team during delivery.
Step by step
- Choose a preset. Corporate, wedding or festival; the phone changes at once.
- Set colours and icons. A primary colour and icon style apply across the app.
- Reorder tiles and tabs. Drag home tiles and bottom tabs into a new order.
- Set the welcome. Splash, banner and a welcome message appear on first open.
What happens on each screen
This is a written walkthrough, not an interactive demo: there is nothing to tap on this page. It describes how the screens behave in the product, using sample data.
Sample data: a fictional annual meet with three theme presets, a set of home tiles and five bottom tabs. Nothing is saved. The demo shows the Look and layout editor on the left and the attendee phone on the right. Look and layout is the third of the three headings an occasion is configured under, alongside Features, which decide what exists, and Rules, which decide how it behaves. Start by choosing a preset. A corporate preset gives a clean blue with squared tiles, a wedding preset gives warm colours and a script heading, and a festival preset gives bright colours and larger icons. The phone changes at once, and the same occasion is clearly the same app with a different personality. Next, set the primary colour with the picker. Buttons, tab highlights and banners follow it. The icon style switch changes tiles from filled to outline. Now the home tiles. A grid shows each tile with its label and icon. Drag Agenda above Delegates, and the phone's home screen reorders. Rename Agenda to Show Flow and the label changes on both the home tile and the tab, because a label is set once. The bottom tabs work the same way: drag Profile to the end, or swap Leaderboard for Gallery, and the bar on the phone follows. Open the banner section to add a pinned notice, and the splash section to choose the first-open image and a welcome message. The phone then types out Hello Priya, Welcome to the summit when first opened. The demo does not show uploading your own artwork, which is part of delivery with your team. All of this is configuration, not code. Next step: read the branding and layout feature page and see how the HCCB and wedding apps look different on one platform.
Questions people ask
Can an organiser rename tiles and tabs?
Yes. The label is set once and the home tile and the tab follow, for example renaming Agenda to Show Flow.
Can I upload my own logo and splash image?
The demo uses sample images. Real branding artwork is supplied and set up during delivery.
Do the presets change what the app does?
No. Presets change colour, icon style and tile shape. What the app does is decided by Features and Rules.
Is this the same app for every client?
The platform is the same. Branding, tiles, tabs and wording change per occasion, so a wedding and a dealer meet look different.
Seen enough to try it?
We will load a demo with your agenda and your groups, so your team can test it on their own phones.
