How exhibitors and organisers get captured leads out after the show, using the Scan Log and organiser exports.

  2. Add notes to each lead
  3. Ask the organiser for the stall export
  4. Download and follow up

  • Only consented leads captured by scan are listed.
  • Exports are role-limited.

Questions

Format?

The format is set by the organiser, so ask them what the stall export contains and in which file type before the show ends. Only consented leads captured by scan are listed, and exports are limited by role. Add a note to each lead in Scan Log first so the export is ready to follow up.

Deadline?

Ask the organiser, because the export window is set for each show and Sociana does not publish a general deadline. Request the stall export soon after the show closes. If a lead is missing, it was not scanned, and if the export is denied, ask the organiser to check your role.
