If something goes wrong
Delegates have not replied. Send a scheduled notification to the pending group.
An upload fails. Ask them to allow storage access and try a smaller file.
PNR was typed wrongly. Ask them to tap Update and save again.
Questions
Do you book hotels?
No. You supply the arrangements and Sociana collects and publishes them. The team records hotel, room, flight and pickup details, marks each item verified and publishes it to the delegate’s own page. Sociana does not hold hotel inventory or connect to hotel systems, so rooming details usually arrive from the hotel or travel partner.
Who sees uploaded ID?
Team members with access to the operations sheet, and nobody else. Give that access to named people only, and allow document uploads only where tickets or ID are genuinely needed. Each field moves from pending to provided to verified, with the verifier recorded, so you can see who checked what.
