Partner web in detail
Some people who need event data are neither attendees nor organisers: a sponsor wanting its zone's scans, a technology partner syncing records, a client's analytics team. Partner web is the surface built for them. It lets an organiser share specific data outward, under rules the organiser sets, without handing out admin access. In the technical architecture it is one of several surfaces alongside attendee, organiser, single-app, multi-app and public-direct, and the v3 partner-web variant is the current one. Data sharing complements webhooks and Sheets or Airtable connections, which push records to external systems as they change. Sociana does not offer a public API or a marketplace of integrations; partner web is controlled, per-occasion sharing. Buyers with security reviews should ask which fields a partner can see, how long access lasts and how it can be revoked.
How Sociana uses it
Partner web sits in the Data layer. It is configured per occasion and complements webhooks, Sheets and Airtable connections, but is not offered as a public API.
Example
A sponsor-facing view can expose only the scans and leads relevant to that sponsor, rather than the whole attendee list.
