Organisation in detail
Above the occasion sits the organisation. It represents the paying client or the agency, and it owns everything beneath it: occasions, the internal team who may administer them, inventory, reusable templates and organisation-level operations. Sociana avoids the words tenant and workspace in product pages, because organisation is what buyers recognise. A single organisation can run a handful of occasions in a year, such as an annual conference, a dealer meet and a recognition night, and keep their configurations in one place so the next one starts from a known pattern. Agencies create an organisation per end client, or run several occasions under their own. Data stays separated by organisation and occasion, which matters for procurement reviews that ask who can see what. Reports, exports and integration tools can be run at organisation level when a client wants the view across all its gatherings.
How Sociana uses it
Organisations are created by Super Admin. Each owns occasions, team members and templates, and organisation-level operations tools in the admin panel sit above any single occasion.
Example
A recurring ambassador programme and its quarterly activations sat under one client organisation, each as its own occasion.
