Questions
Do you connect to Fitbit or Garmin?
Not directly. Sociana reads Health Connect on Android and Apple Health on iPhone only. A Fitbit or Garmin watch can feed those apps first, but we do not connect to either service ourselves. Manual entries can be ignored so only sensor data counts. If guests report no sync, ask them to allow the health permission and tap Sync Steps.
Does it feed the leaderboard?
Yes, individually and by team. Add a team target to show team boards; if teams are not shown, team targets are switched off. Set the challenge dates and daily cap, and review days flagged as unusual. A count that looks extreme is marked by the unusual-day flag for your review.
