Set up exhibitors and stalls

How organisers list exhibitor stalls, assign stall staff to My Stall and enable stall chats, reviews and visitor scans.

  1. Switch on Exhibitors and My Stall
  2. Create each stall with name, category, location and logo
  3. Assign staff to the stall so My Stall appears for them
  4. Check Scan Stall, chats and reviews from a visitor account

Good to know

  • My Stall appears only for people assigned to a stall.
  • Stall leads can add members by email or mobile number and make someone a manager.
  • Visitors scan the stall QR to record the visit; stalls scan visitor QR codes to capture leads.

If something goes wrong

A staff member cannot see My Stall. They are not assigned to the stall.

Chats do not arrive. Stall chats are off.

Reviews missing. Reviews are off for the stall.

Questions

Can exhibitors edit their own page?

Yes, through Edit Stall, once they are assigned to the stall. Stall leads can add members by email or mobile number and make someone a manager. My Stall appears only for people assigned to a stall, so a staff member who cannot see it has not been assigned. Check stall chats and reviews from a visitor account.

Where do leads go?

To the stall’s Scan Log and to your exports. Stalls scan visitor QR codes to capture leads, and only consented leads captured by scan are listed. Visitors scan the stall QR to record the visit. Exports are role-limited, so give the organiser or stall lead the permission they need.
