Sociana + SSO & allowed email domains
Sociana restricts sign-in to company email domains and offers employee-code with password, delegate ID with PIN and OTP login. There is no SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning or HRIS sync. Enterprise buyers who need SAML should ask now, since it is on the gap list, not the product.

What it does inside Sociana
Corporate programmes like Engen X 2026 and Growth Code use employee-ID login so that eligibility comes from the HR list. Allowed email domains accept anyone from a company domain, and OTP login covers the rest. To be clear: SAML SSO, SCIM and HRIS integration are not offered.

Data protection (DPDP)
The organiser is the Data Fiduciary and Sociana acts as processor. Ask us for the hosting region and retention period that apply to your occasion; the sub-processor list is on the Sub-processors and integrations page. We do not state a region or retention period on this page.
Security notes
- Employee-code lists are personal data; delete them when the programme closes.
- Account deletion flow exists; its wording is configurable.
Set-up checklist
- Get an HR list with employee code, email and group tags.
- Decide domains that are allowed and any exclusions.
- Import the list and test with a few real accounts.
- Plan password reset and who supports it.
- Write a note for InfoSec on what is, and is not, offered (no SAML).
Limits, stated plainly

Do you support SAML SSO?
No. We offer allowed email domains, employee code with password, delegate ID with PIN and OTP login. SAML and SCIM would be new work.
Can we limit access to our company?
Yes, by allowed company email domain or an employee-code list. The list is imported from your HR data and you control it.
What do we tell InfoSec?
Share this page and the trust centre. State plainly that SAML, SCIM and HRIS sync are not offered, and that data-handling details are listed there as they are published.
