Dealer meet agenda template

A one-day dealer or partner meet agenda that spends the morning on information and the afternoon on clinics, a quiz and awards. Twenty-two slots carry a purpose, an owner, the group they are for and the app action that goes with them.

  • 22 rows
  • About 45 minutes to adapt, 30 minutes to walk through with the owners
  • Version 1.0

No sign-up needed.

Who it is for

  • Sales and channel leads running a dealer or distributor meet
  • Corporate event managers supporting a partner meet
  • Regional heads who run the breakout rooms

How to use it

  1. Start with the purpose column. If a slot has no purpose a partner would recognise, cut it.
  2. Set the audience group on every breakout so each region sees only its own room.
  3. Keep a ten-minute buffer after each block that moves between rooms.
  4. Share the finished agenda a week ahead and freeze it two days before.

Where it has been used

Shaped by how the HCCB partners meet case study combined information blocks, a quiz and an awards block in a single day.

Questions people ask

What is the right balance between speeches and clinics?

Partners come to settle practical questions. Keep leadership speaking to under a third of the day and give the rest to clinics, breakouts and recognition.

Why list the audience group per slot?

Dealers from different regions or tiers need different rooms and content. Naming the group per slot is what lets you publish a different agenda to each.

What is the Buffer column for?

It is the minutes you protect after a slot so that a late start does not pass into the next one. Raise it for slots that move people between rooms.
