Exhibitor lead in detail
The exhibitor lead is the unit of value at a trade show. Exhibitors pay for stalls, and the measure of their return is the contacts they bring home. In Sociana's My Stall area an exhibitor scans a visitor's personal QR, which records a lead with the scan log and any notes. Because one identity runs across entry pass, exhibitor scan, reward redemption and contact card, a visitor does not carry four codes. Leads can be exported to a CRM through Sheets or webhooks. Sociana does not offer native Salesforce or HubSpot sync or lead scoring; a lead is a scan log plus notes, exported to your CRM. Organisers get a view by stall of scans and consented leads, which helps them show exhibitors value at the next sales cycle. Brief exhibitor staff on scanning etiquette and tell visitors what the scan shares, because trust determines whether people let their code be scanned.
How Sociana uses it
Exhibitors scan a visitor's personal QR in My Stall; leads, notes and the scan log are kept per stall and export through Sheets or webhooks.
Example
A show organiser can see, per stall, how many scans were captured and how many visitors consented to share their details.
