My Journey in detail
People do not think in modules; they think in days. My Journey gathers a participant's own arrangements, flights, hotel, pickups and the sessions they are meant to attend, and presents them in order. For a delegate at a destination conclave this is the page that answers what happens next for me. It is assembled from the same hospitality records that feed My Stay and My Flights, plus the agenda items visible to the person's groups, so it is automatically individual: a VIP's journey shows the airport meet, a regular delegate's shows the coach. Organisers sometimes use My Journey as a themed label for the agenda itself, alongside Show Flow, Programme, Xplore and others, to match the occasion's voice. Both uses rely on the same principle of personalised time-ordered information. The value shows up in fewer desk queries and fewer missed pickups, though the page is only as good as the data published into it.
How Sociana uses it
My Journey is built from published hospitality arrangements and group-visible agenda items, and is a themed label in the look and layout settings.
Example
A conclave app offered a View My Journey page combining each delegate's travel, hotel and programme.
