What is “My Stay”?

My Stay is the participant's in-app page showing their hotel, room, check-in details and where applicable roommate, published individually by the organiser from hospitality records.

Also called: accommodation page, hotel and room view

My Stay in detail

Rooming is the single most asked question at residential events, and My Stay answers it where the person already is. After the organiser has collected requirements and allotted rooms through the hospitality workflow, each participant's page shows their own hotel, room, check-in information and any roommate or companion details. Nobody else's details appear. Because the page is published per person rather than broadcast, changes can be targeted: when a hotel changes late at night, only the affected guests see the update. Sociana records the data and publishes it; it does not hold hotel inventory or sync with a hotel's property system, and rooming details usually arrive by CSV or sheet import from the hotel or travel partner. My Stay sits beside My Flights and My Journey, forming the arrangements that participants see. Organisers should treat publication as a milestone with an owner, since a page that is empty on arrival erodes trust faster than a late email.

How Sociana uses it

My Stay is a published arrangement in the hospitality module, driven by request and publish workflow states. It is not a booking engine or hotel inventory tool.

Example

At a multi-hotel conclave, delegates opened My Stay to find their own hotel and room without calling the desk.
