- Log in with your OTP
- Read the registered record shown on the This is me screen: name, company, designation and group
- Tap the confirm button if the record is yours
- Open Profile later to see what other delegates will see
Good to know
- When the organiser switches This is me on, the registration file is the source of truth and you cannot edit the registered fields yourself. Corrections go to the organiser, who updates the file.
- Where This is me is off, you can change your photo, name, company, designation and country from Profile with Edit, then Update.
If something goes wrong
The record belongs to someone else. Do not confirm. Go back, check the number or email you typed under Code sent to, and log in again.
You see only Home and Profile. Your number is not mapped to a group yet. The app may show You are not the part of any group; the helpdesk or secretariat can assign one.
Your details are out of date. Pull down to refresh. If the registered record still disagrees, ask the organiser to correct the file.
Questions
Can I edit the confirmed details?
Not while the organiser keeps the registered fields locked, because the registration file is the source of truth. You can still change your photo and interests from Profile. If your name, company or designation is wrong, ask the organiser to correct the file, then pull down to refresh.
Why does a group matter?
Groups decide which polls, chats and notifications you see, so a member with no group sees very little. If you see only Home and Profile, or the message “You are not the part of any group”, your number is not mapped to a group yet. The helpdesk or secretariat can assign one.
