If something goes wrong
Invalid QR Code. Reopen Profile > My QR Code and try again; the scanner side may need to allow camera permission.
The Entry Pass tile is locked. The pass opens when you register or the organiser unlocks it.
There is no signal at the gate. Open the pass before you arrive so it stays on screen.

Can someone else use my QR?
It identifies you, so staff may ask for ID, and it is not meant to be shared. The same personal QR marks your attendance and lets exhibitors capture you as a lead, so showing it to someone else would record their scan against you. If it reads Invalid QR Code, reopen Profile, then My QR Code and try again.
