Wallet points are the balance a participant can spend; leaderboard points record what they achieved, and spending never lowers a rank. The store lists items with a points price, live stock and a per-person limit. At Tiger15, staff scanned each pass at the counter and saw the reward, points spent and balance left. Integrity Champ ran its Well Done rewards all year.

FAQ
Common questions
Does redeeming a reward change my leaderboard rank?
No. Wallet points are separate from leaderboard points, so spending in the reward store never lowers a participant's rank on the unified leaderboard.
How do staff confirm a redemption?
The participant redeems in the app and shows a QR code, which staff scan to confirm handover. Stock reduces and the redemption is recorded against the person.
Can Sociana issue gift cards?
Sociana runs a venue reward store with QR redemption and can export points for gift-card redemption elsewhere. It is not a gift-card marketplace.
