Post short videos and photos to a reels strip at the top of Home, with captions and hashtags, likes, comments and sharing. HCCB Partners Meet 2026 called it Reel; Lakshya 26 let permitted attendees add their own. On the guest side, a framed selfie opens the camera, adds one of your branded frames and uploads it.

Guests post up to five photos or one video with a caption and hashtags, and others like, comment and share. It goes by many names: Socials at the Bengaluru Wedding Fraternity Meet Up, Moments at GCOO Conclave 2026, Live Feed at EEMA Connect. Your team decides whether guests can post and can remove anything.

Social-media wall with approval
The wall collects public posts made outside the app that use your event hashtag or come from named profiles. Each post arrives as a candidate in the admin panel and appears on the wall only after your team approves it, so an off-topic post never reaches the screen in the hall. It is separate from the in-app feed.

Guests earn wallet points for taking part and spend them in a reward store with stock limits. A desk verifies each redemption by QR, and spending never changes anyone’s rank.
FAQ
Common questions
Is the feed open to the public?
No. It lives inside the occasion app. A single post can be shared outside through a revocable web link, and the organiser controls posting, moderation and downloads.
Can organisers post even when guests cannot?
Yes. Owners and Managers can always post to the timeline and the Reel, which is how organiser-only highlights are run while guest posting stays off.
How is the social wall different from the feed?
The feed holds posts made in the app. The wall gathers public hashtag or profile posts from elsewhere and shows only those an organiser has approved.
