Arrival manifest in detail
Behind every smooth arrival is a sheet. The arrival manifest lists each traveller, their flight or train, scheduled arrival, terminal, pickup wave and assigned vehicle or liaison. It is built from participant submissions and travel agent data, and it is the document the airport desk and drivers actually carry. In Sociana the collected fields live in the hospitality module and can be exported in a manifest layout, while the reconciliation step compares them with actual bookings. The manifest is also where plus-ones and late additions often go missing, so it should be checked against companion records. Treat it as a living document. Distribute updated versions to desk staff on arrival morning, and make sure the same data that drives their sheet drives each participant's own page, so staff and guests never hear different stories. After the event, the manifest and its exception log become the record that arrangements were completed, supporting hospitality completeness reporting.
How Sociana uses it
Manifest data is a hospitality export from the operations workspace, reconciled against collected PNRs and published pickup details.
Example
A conclave desk worked from an arrivals list reconciled the night before travel.
