Event NPS in detail
Net Promoter Score borrowed from customer research gives events a single comparable number. Participants rate from zero to ten how likely they are to recommend the occasion; nines and tens are promoters, sevens and eights passives, zero to six detractors. The score is promoters minus detractors, as percentages, ranging from minus one hundred to plus one hundred. It is simple, which is both the attraction and the weakness. Context matters: audiences in closed, invited events tend to score differently from open-ticket events, and response rates can skew results. In Sociana the question is collected through a feedback form for the occasion, and the figure is computed from the exported responses with the response denominator stated; the platform treats feedback as a participation signal, not a built-in benchmark. Pair the score with the open comment, report by group and avoid comparing across very different occasion types without caveats. Follow up with detractors while the memory is fresh.
How Sociana uses it
Event NPS is collected through the occasion feedback form and computed from exports. Report it with the number of respondents and the eligible population.
Example
Post-event feedback forms feed the report with a scored question and open comments.
