Sociana's strongest examples are activity-led: a Jaipur cultural offsite turned walking into a team journey along a five-huddle Palace Walk, hid cards around the venue for an AR hunt and themed every game around the city. Teams earn medallions, the app tracks progress, and an entry QR keeps registration orderly. Agenda, travel details and polls sit alongside. Offsites reward preparation: pick the team groupings in advance, set a fair scoring rule and decide what counts as a win. Where HR wants participation records, export activity records afterwards. Keep hospitality details light unless people travel in from several cities. For cultural themes, local vocabulary and imagery make the game feel part of the place. Sociana runs QR and AR cards and offline games; it does not run GPS-based missions.
