FAQ

Questions IT services firms ask

How do booth points work?

Booth owners scan an employee’s QR and points are added; at Tiger15, a tech booth visit earned 4 points and rewards cost 70 or 90.

Can stock at the rewards counter run out?

The counter shows what is left of each item as people redeem, so your team sees stock live.

Can we run it in two cities?

Yes. enGen ran ten experiences in each of Chennai and Hyderabad in one app.

Do you support SSO?

Not SAML today. Sign-in is by one-time code to a work email, which IT teams can limit to your domain.
