Common questions
Can people vote without installing the app?
Yes. They scan a QR code on the venue screen and answer in a browser; their answers join the same occasion as in-app answers.
Does Sociana provide LED hardware?
No. The screen output runs on the venue's equipment, and specs are agreed with the AV team.
Can a public post link be withdrawn?
Yes. Public post links are revocable by the organiser, so a post can stop being public whenever the team decides.
