Registration review in detail
Open sign-up is not always wanted. A closed conclave, a members-only conference or a government workshop needs a person to say yes. Registration review is the queue that makes this manageable. Each registration waits as pending in the admin panel with the details the applicant submitted. The reviewer approves, rejects or contacts the applicant, and the system can send a message with the outcome, such as a rejection reason or a request for missing information. Approval creates the membership with the role and groups the organiser assigns, so the new member lands in the right place. The queue also supports bulk handling when many applications arrive at once. It pairs with approval-based registration as the process and with guest lists and whitelist as the pre-approval alternative. A useful discipline is a turnaround target, since an applicant who waits a week for an answer will not trust the event's other promises. Report on approvals and rejections afterwards.
How Sociana uses it
Registration review lives in the admin panel's member area. Approvals create members; communications and outcomes are logged for the occasion.
Example
A members-only association conference reviewed registrations before admitting applicants into the app.
