Show Flow in detail
Show Flow is the agenda renamed for the occasion's theme, and it shows how far look and layout can go. At a cinematic-themed partners meet in Goa, the agenda became a film programme: day tabs, each session listed as a scene and Live and Up Next badges telling delegates where the show was. The data underneath is an ordinary agenda, with events inside the occasion and a time, room and speaker for each. Renaming it is a look-and-layout choice, not a different module. The value is orientation: with two parallel tracks and a plenary, delegates want to know what is on now and what follows, and the badges answer in a glance. Use theming sparingly, because a label should remain readable by a first-time guest. Tie Show Flow to the run of show behind the scenes, and keep the two in step so the Live badge turns exactly when the stage manager calls the cue.
How Sociana uses it
Show Flow is the agenda module relabelled through look and layout, with day tabs and Live and Up Next badges that follow the live session during the occasion.
