Destination conclave in detail
A destination conclave takes the conclave format, a premium, discussion-led gathering of senior delegates, and moves it to a place people travel to: Jaipur, Goa, Udaipur, Lonavala or an overseas resort. The destination changes the work. Delegates arrive from many cities on different flights, split across two or three hotels, and expect a concierge-grade experience. Sociana's answer is hospitality publishing: the travel desk sheet is imported, requests move from pending to provided to verified, and each delegate sees My Stay and My Journey cards. Behind the scenes, PNR and arrival reconciliation lets the desk see who lands when, so cars meet the right people. The programme side stays light: agenda, speaker profiles, session feedback, a venue map and a local guide. Mobile-OTP login against the delegate list keeps the app closed to invitees. Budget the ops effort for hospitality rather than games; the destination conclave is judged on whether arrivals and rooms went quietly right.
How Sociana uses it
Destination conclaves lean on the hospitality workspace: arrival manifests, My Stay and My Journey cards, liaison contacts and a help desk, plus a closed delegate list.
Example
A three-day executive conclave in Jaipur gave each delegate one itinerary card for their hotel, arrival and return, with a help desk and local guide in the same app.
