Short answer. Global enterprises with many events a year should look at Cvent, Bizzabo and Zuddl. A company running one or two large internal meets a year in India, with employees travelling to a resort, should also look at Sociana, which is priced per occasion and includes the branded app, hospitality and games.
Disclosure. Sociana publishes this guide and is listed once, at position 5 of 10, labelled as our product. We compiled it on 19 Oct 2026 from public vendor pages linked below, without hands-on testing, and nobody paid for a place. Where another product is stronger we say so.
How we chose
- Fit for internal meets: employee-code or domain login, group scoping, travel and rooming.
- Security documentation a procurement team will ask for.
- Contract shape: annual licence versus per-event.
- Published pricing and who supports you during the event.
- India readiness: rupee billing, WhatsApp, local support.
We placed Sociana at position 5. It is the pick for situations such as “one national sales meet at a resort”; for the other situations in the table further down, products ranked differently are the better choice. Prices are what vendors publish on 19 Oct 2026, not quotes, and aggregator figures are marked unverified.

Which to pick, by situation
| If your situation is | Consider |
|---|---|
| Procurement requires SOC 2 and SSO | Cvent, Zuddl or Bizzabo |
| One national sales meet at a resort | Sociana |
| Marketing owns the budget and wants pipeline numbers | Samaaro or Bizzabo |
| Hybrid town hall with remote staff | Airmeet |
| You want a per-event price in dollars | EventMobi |
Where Sociana is not the right pick
Sociana is not the right pick for a global programme of dozens of events needing Salesforce-native attribution, SSO and SOC 2 reports, or for webinar-led events. Cvent, Bizzabo and Zuddl are built for that.
FAQ
What is the difference between an event management platform and an event app?
Management software handles registration, budgets and back office. An event app is what participants hold: agenda, alerts, games and their own arrangements.
Should we build our own corporate event app?
Only if you run events continuously and have a team to maintain it. Our in-house versus agency comparison walks through staffing, store approvals and security reviews.
How do we pick between per-event and annual pricing?
Count events per year. One or two large meets favour per-occasion pricing; ten or more favour an annual licence. Bizzabo, Zuddl and EventMobi publish annual figures; Sociana publishes per-occasion packages.
Do employees need to install an app?
Not always. Sociana also offers no-login web flows for polls and leaderboards, so a town hall can include everyone even if some staff skip the install.
