Questions protocol teams ask
Can delegates sign in without a personal phone number?
Yes. Each delegate gets an ID and PIN on their kit, as at SAREX-26.
How is it procured and invoiced?
Against a purchase order, with a formal quotation valid for 30 days. Usual government terms are 30% at go-live and 70% on accepted completion.
Who can see delegates’ details?
Only the officers you name. Delegates see their own arrangements, not anyone else’s.
Can foreign delegates use it?
Yes, on their own phones, with a phrasebook and city guide for visitors.
Hosting a national workshop?
