Questions banking teams ask
Can sign-in be limited to our staff?
Yes. HSBC’s Wellness Expedition accepted only HSBC email addresses; personal IDs were refused.
Do you support SAML single sign-on?
No, not today. Sign-in is by one-time code to a work email or phone, or an issued ID. We say so before the security review.
Who sees personal data such as passports?
Only the organisers you name. It is never shown to other attendees and is deleted at the agreed retention date.
Do you hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certificates?
No, we do not hold them. Our security overview describes the controls in place.
