QR entry & attendance
A personal entry pass for every guest, and check-ins for sessions, dinners, buses and booths, each with its own time window and repeat-scan rules. See who arrived, by session and group.

Every guest carries their own QR in the app.
Time windows, one scan or many, and sub-activities.
Attendance by session and group, exported after the event.
What’s included
Each guest has a personal QR in the app, shown as an entry pass, a networking card or a QR pass. The same code works at the gate, at sessions, at exhibitor stalls and at the reward counter, because it always points to the same person. Staff scan it from the organiser tools on their phone.

Set up each activity, such as Day 1 entry, the gala dinner or the return bus, with the rules it needs. Decide when it is open, which groups are eligible, and how many scans are allowed in what order. Managers scan a guest’s QR from their phone or add them by email or phone. enGen X counted entries and merchandise handovers city by city.

Guests sign in the way your list already works: phone or WhatsApp OTP, delegate ID and PIN, employee code or an event code. Put them in groups so each one sees only what is meant for them.
Scheduled push announcements, WhatsApp campaigns, email and SMS, targeted by group, with delivery logs you can check. A help desk and SOS button sit one tap away for guests.
Collect flights, PNRs (airline booking references), ID proofs and room preferences in the app, then publish each guest’s own stay, journey and contact. Your travel desk sees who still owes what, per guest.
Ticket types, coupons and Razorpay checkout with GST-ready invoices, then a personal QR entry pass for every buyer, all inside your event app.
A slot grid for meeting rooms or experiences, a per-person cap, GST billing details and Razorpay payment, alongside the agenda and networking.
Switch modules on or off, set the rules, give each team member the right access and change the look of the app, per event. Managers act on site from dashboards inside the app.
FAQ
An activity is anything you want to count — entry, a dinner, a return bus — and it can have sub-activities. Each carries rules such as time windows, group eligibility, ticket requirement and repeat or limited scans.
Yes. Sociana supports organiser QR scanning, manual add by staff and self check-in, and records attempts, the scanner and the time for every scan so the attendance log can be reconciled after the event.
It can. Completing an activity can award points that appear on the unified leaderboard, and points are reversed automatically if an organiser removes an invalid attendance record.
